Temperature is an important factor among the three factors. Within the allowable range, the higher the temperature, the better the fluidity of liquid aluminum.
The ratio of aluminum alloy elements will also affect the fluidity of liquid aluminum, mainly refers to the properties of the alloy itself. In the casting aluminum alloy, Al Si alloy has good fluidity, and the higher the Si content (Si < 12.0%), the better the fluidity.
The cleanliness of liquid aluminum is also an important factor affecting the fluidity of liquid aluminum. Under the same brand, the higher the impurity content of liquid aluminum, the worse the fluidity. Scum and bottom slag mentioned in 5.1 will greatly reduce the fluidity of molten aluminum.
